Owner

Randy has a multi-faceted career in Residential and Investment Real Estate. With more than 12 years of experience, Real Estate Sales and Investing is beyond a passion at this point and the bloodline by which Randy lives.After years of investing on his own and with his partner Robert, it was only natural to expand his business with KeyGlee. The KeyGlee expansion coupled with years of Real Estate knowledge provides a unique and lucrative client experience.

Bringing their talents together Robbie and Randy started Next Step Offers. Next Step Offers has been investing in Real Estate for the last 5 years and has successfully invested in land, mobile homes, apartments, condos, townhomes, and single-family homes over the years. Both, Robbie and Randy have extensive knowledge in the Real Estate Industry and are able to work and close deals of all types. Owner

From an early age, Real Estate was a top priority for Robbie. He purchased his first single-family home at the age of 23 and has purchased many types of investment properties since. After playing baseball at UNLV, Robbie pursued his passion for baseball for 4 years, playing professional baseball with the Arizona Diamondbacks. After his baseball career ended due to an injury, he started his new career in Real Estate.Robbie obtained his real estate license in 2005 and has since been selling single-family, multi-family, land, and commercial properties while working with Sellers, Buyers, Landlords, Tenants and Investments. He has seen the highs and lows of the Real Estate industry.
